What to Expect

Our co-founder and award-winning bartender, Dan Rook, will lead your group through a fun and interactive two-hour experience.

The first half of the class is instructional, Dan will introduce three classic cocktails, demonstrate how to make one, and share useful tips and techniques to elevate your cocktail-making skills.

The second half of the event shifts into a friendly competition. Guests will break into teams and create their own signature cocktails in a “Chopped”-style challenge, using ingredients selected from our Chef’s Table. The winning team will walk away with bragging rights and a fun little prize!

The experience includes all ingredients, light bites, and the prize for the winning team. There will be plenty of "tasting" throughout. Additional drinks are available for purchase, or speak with our events team about customizing the experience with a more robust buffet and drink package.

What It Costs

• $50 per person (plus tax and 20% gratuity)

• $150 one-time instructor fee

How to Book Your Party

Cocktail classes are available for groups of 10-30 guests. (Reach out to our events team to inquire about groups of 30+)

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to the final balance.

Final headcount and remaining payment are due one week prior to the event. If you'd like to add guests, that’s the time to confirm any additional RSVPs.
