INDUSTRY ALES DRAFT LIST
Kernel Krush is a collaboration beer between Sketchbook Brewing Co (Skokie, IL) and Industry Ales. It is a Hazy IPA at 6.5% abv, and features a new hop varietal called Krush, showing off notes of sweet fruit, citrus, berry, and woody aromatics. This collaboration also features regenerative malt from Root Shoot Malting. Regenerative farming practices work to increase and maintain soil health, retain and reuse water, bio-sequester carbon, and promote biodiversity.

A copper-hued Ordinary Bitter brewed with 100% UK Fuggle hops in the kettle and a small whirlpool addition of Vista hops. The aroma is a fine balance of English Pale malt and Crystal malt's bready, doughy sweetness and the grassy earthiness from Fuggle. This is a sessionable pub ale that is meant for having a few rounds.
ELLINGHAM ALE
Ordinary Bitter, 3.8%
A copper-hued Ordinary Bitter brewed with 100% UK Fuggle hops in the kettle and a small whirlpool addition of Vista hops. The aroma is a fine balance of English Pale malt and Crystal malt's bready, doughy sweetness and the grassy earthiness from Fuggle. This is a sessionable pub ale that is meant for having a few rounds.
“Wet Hop” beers are already pretty niche, but then combine it with a Belgian IPA, and you have something that is unlike most other beers. We used 30lbs of fresh Vista hops from our friends at Hop Head Farms in our hop back, with a base beer that more resembles a Saison than an IPA. The grain bill is an eclectic mix of 5 different grains: barley, wheat, oats, spelt, and rye.
DISCO Helmet
Wet Hop Belgian Ale, 6.7%
“Wet Hop” beers are already pretty niche, but then combine it with a Belgian IPA, and you have something that is unlike most other beers. We used 30lbs of fresh Vista hops from our friends at Hop Head Farms in our hop back, with a base beer that more resembles a Saison than an IPA. The grain bill is an eclectic mix of 5 different grains: barley, wheat, oats, spelt, and rye.
Our Back to Schull stout is brewed with roasted barley, flaked barley, and Maris Otter malt, and is hopped entirely with East Kent Goldings. BACK TO SCHULL

Our Back to Schull stout is brewed with roasted barley, flaked barley, and Maris Otter malt, and is hopped entirely with East Kent Goldings. The aroma shows off notes of char, cacao, English Breakfast tea, and a subtle smokiness.The flavor brings out more of the acrid roast malt and sweet brown bread.

This four-grain saison includes wheat, barley, oats and spelt in the mash, and is hopped exclusively with French hops from the Alsace region. The aroma greets you with a zesty citrus spice, a mix of black pepper and tangerine zest. There is a delicate green tea and wildgrass flavor, with a top note of lemon balm.
The aroma is classic; warm baking spices, dominated by cinnamon, ginger and allspice. Underneath it all is a robust malty aroma with notes of brown sugar, pumpkin custard, and a lingering warmth provided by the elevated alcohol content.

This batch of Zeal for Zielke was dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Motueka hops, giving it an extra punch of crushed gooseberries, white grape juice, passion fruit and guava.

Our friends Farmer Todd and Emily Olander from Root Shoot Malt flew in to brew this West Coast IPA with us. The flavor and aroma are hop dominated, with complex stone fruit, blackberry, lemon curd, mango, and pine. A nice dry finish begs for another sip.
Loveland IPA
West Coast IPA, 7.3%

The flavor is malt forward, with a firm supporting bitterness from the hops. As the beer warms up, the alcohol opens up a bit more and lends a fruitiness to the finish.
